Our Polyaspartic floor coating system offers:
Mechanical diamond grinding of the concrete floor to even the surface, open cement pores for a base coat absorption, and permanent adhesion. Remove any floor concrete contaminations (oil, acid, various chemicals…)
A state-of-the-art diamond grinder machine is utilized to grind the floor surface, which opens the pores of the concrete. Edges in the space are ground down using a hand grinder. A self-contained HEPA vacuum system is used for effective dust control. This step ensures that every inch of the floor is properly prepared so that the coating can be applied to the floor, baseboards, and steps.
Apply a solid base color, low viscosity, and deep penetrating epoxy coat. Apply full 100% vinyl flake broadcast (floor & stem walls & steps).
Apply one final clear coat of Polyaspartic coating, with inherit UV light protection. This prevents the top coat from yellowing, powdering, and deteriorating the finish (unlike some other products). Add a clear slip-resistant additive to the final top clear coat.
